Lazada PH: Making it efficient to shop online for customers


When online shopping first came to the online scene, it was something fresh and new. A lot of the people were actually eager to try it themselves.  Eventually, some of us have questioned they can really rely on online shopping over our conventional traditional shopping? A lot of consumers might reject online shopping if this was asked a few years back. For online shopping to be accepted by customers, an online mall should have good credibility. It's no secret that most of us are scared to shop online since a lot of online scams and frauds happen in online occasionally. The population of the local consumers in the Philippines only has a few credit cardholders. As a result, a lot of the online prospects don't easily get convinced in shopping online. Customers could relax and not worry since they feel secured with this kind of payment method. Since usual payment methods on typical online stores such as credit card payment is not required, customers can try shopping on their website without risking their money. How will this help the shopping of customers in online? From their huge selection of items, the local online customers can select which category they like as they visit their website. It makes it easier for us to do our shopping and just focus on the category we find interesting. No need to browse thousands of products that majority of it we really don’t care at all.  It also makes the product selection organized and easy to find.

No need for customers to pay upfront as they find what they want to buy on the online mall website. If customers happen to select Cash on Delivery as their preferred payment method, they won't be required to pay upfront before their orders are processed for delivery. As long as customers have provided their shipment details, they can just wait for their orders to arrive at their doorsteps, which usually take two to five days. Customers will only be subject to pay in cash once their orders are handed over to them upon delivery. This may also be free delivery as long customer exceeds the one thousand pesos delivery value. It's very assuring for customers that they can keep their money up until their orders arrived at their home. It's actually surreal to see that a customer has the upper hand over online stores.
