An offer you can’t refuse online

I always wonder how it is like to shop online. Is it safer or not? Do we get the same perks we usually get when we buy on traditional malls instead? With the aggressive rise of online malls in the country, the big question that does not seem to go away is:

Will online shopping be able to level with the satisfaction we get from traditional shopping? Of course, there are still some elements that online shopping won’t be able to give from offline such as bonding with the family. Online shopping would have been rejected if it were offered a few years back. Online mall's creditability always matters to customers if ever they will consider online shopping. Most of us are worried about getting scammed in online that's why we try avoiding shopping online at most times. The population of the local consumers in the Philippines only has a few credit cardholders. It makes it clear to everyone on why local customers really have a hard time trying online shopping.

A lot of time customers make sure that the security line of an online store can be trusted These are the reasons that online customers usually weigh in before deciding if they will shop online. Everything changed once Lazada's presence was felt here in the local online market last year. Upon their arrival, they came in with solution to our Ecommerce issues in the country. Their alternative payment method solved both of the major issues in the local Ecommerce. They simply called it Cash on Delivery or C.O.D., which is called by many. It makes customers feel that they are secured when shopping on their website. Credit card details of customers doesn't need to be surrendered and will allow them to try their website without risking too much on their end. This is big sign for them to trust any online mall on an absolute level. Any dealer who offers their customers the power to hold into their money will surely bait anyone with that kind of a deal.

How will this help the shopping of customers in online? Their local online customers can go directly to their website with its huge selection. Customers are not exactly required to pay right away once they know what to buy on their website. If customers happen to select Cash on Delivery as their preferred payment method, they won't be required to pay upfront before their orders are processed for delivery. Customers can relax once they have given their delivery details and wait for it to arrive between two to five days. Once order packages are delivered and handed over to the customers, that's the only time they need to pay in cash. As long as it exceeds one thousand pesos, they will cover delivery fee. Since customers keeps the money up until their orders arrive, they feel more secured in online. Actually, it is rare to see that online customers have the advantage over online stores.
