Lazada: Easy to trust online malls nowadays

It the service from both online malls and offline malls comparable? There's a high probability that majority of the answers would have been no if this was asked just a couple of years ago. For online shopping to be accepted by customers, an online mall should have good credibility. Most of us are worried about getting scammed in online that's why we try avoiding shopping online at most times. Credit card owners are actually few in the country, making the penetration of online shopping harder. It cannot be helped that a lot of the first time shoppers really think twice before proceeding in online shopping. It's automatic for online stores to have a secured line for their online credit card transactions. Most of these details are highly considered first before customers proceed to an online mall. Actually, online shopping changed after Lazada arrived in the country a couple of years ago.

Upon the Philippines’ Online Shopping Mall's arrival in the country, they brought in an Ecommerce solution in the local online market. This alternative payment method is their solution for both of the major Ecommerce woes in the country.  It is called Cash on Delivery or C.O.D. as many call it. Customers can relax and not worry since they feel secured with this kind of payment method. Credit card details of customers doesn't need to be surrendered and will allow them to try their website without risking too much on their end. How can this help online shopping in the country? Online customers can visit their website and check out their huge selection of items. Customers don't need to worry that they need to pay upfront once they know what to buy on the website. Customers can just leave their details and not pay right away if they order from their website since all they need to do is leave their shipment address and the name of the recipient.

Customers can relax after they have provided their shipment details and wait for its arrival, which usually takes two to five days but sometimes earlier. It is only when local customers received their order as it is handed over to them upon delivery that they are required to pay in cash. Assuming the order value is more than one thousand pesos, delivery fee will be covered by them. It will always feel good to customers that they can get to keep their money up until their orders arrived. It's actually surreal to see that a customer has the upper hand over online stores. Conventionally, a typical online store will require their customers to pay first either by credit card or PayPal before they actually processed the orders for delivery. Personally, I believe this is the only way that they can lure the local online customers in the country to try shopping on their website. This will allow even first time customers to try online shopping even if they don’t know the online mall they are dealing with. It’s simply because they can hold their money up until they can see their orders delivered in real time.
