Lazada: Website experience matters in online shopping

It can’t be denied that there will be some local Internet users who are very particular in visiting a website of their interest for multiple of times. Online websites should always think on how their online visitors will stay on their website. Website owners should focus their efforts in making sure customers won't have a hard time browsing their website. Right now, numerous websites with different niche are being put to live by website owners everyday. It will benefit websites who provide better user experience to their online visitors.

At times, sales of Ecommerce websites may get a spike from this. Most of the consumers check a lot of online malls that offer great deals but give users a hard time shopping on their website. There is high probability that online visitors will just skip an online mall with bad experience even if it offers great deals. This reflects online store’s credibility most of the time. It's just normal that users may give an online mall a bad impression if they don't show better user experience to their customers.

Local online customers who may have been treated badly will label these online malls as scams and frauds. In the Philippines, Ecommerce is actually an online industry that is getting stronger everyday. It just started last year in my own opinion. Local Internet users didn't even consider online shopping a year before that. Rather than go for brand new, local online consumers usually check local classified ads to check if they can get the same item with second hand condition for a lower price. The scam risk rate is quite high in the country with online shopping. When Lazada was placed on live, it quickly changed how online users perceive online shopping in general.

Good thing that they offer Cash on Delivery or simple called C.O.D. that allowed local online users to try them. With this payment method, online customers don't need to pay them right away, allowing them to try it out with confidence on their side. Online malls have a lot to loose while online customers have all the advantage.

Final transaction is still done offline since customers who opt for this payment method are only required to pay after their orders are handed over to them. Being credit cardholder will no longer have heavy bearing since we can now shop online with just cash on our pocket. What I like about the Philippines’ Online Shopping Mall as well is their user friendly approach on their website navigation. Unlike other online stores, customers who will visit them for the first time will surely find it easy to use.

Navigation will be easy for any local online users that just seeing it for the first time, they will instantly get it. Since category menus exist on almost all of their pages, customers can easily jump to categories of their choosing. They can easily pick which category to go to by just viewing their very organized category menu. This actually helps customers right away on where to go directly on their category.
