Turning weakness to strength

Online payment is usually a struggle for most people in the Philippines. This usually leads to giving away personal information and credit card details that may lead us to harm. Conflicts are usually encountered when countries don't know how to deal with online transactions. There's a chance that users who are new to online payment may struggle if they don't do it properly. You may be overbilled on your transaction if you make a mistake. The downside is that when it comes to online and you got billed more accidentally, it takes longer days for it to be processed. It is not difficult. You avail what you paid for in real time. In this digital modern era, other options showed up online.

An example of this change is option to shop online. No longer is required to waste time and energy visiting traditional malls just to shop. Online shopping wasn't common a few years back. Conventionally, we weren't able to pay online since most of us are not credit card owners. The growth of Ecommerce was really slow. After their arrival, they made online shopping as an accepted option in the country.

With Cash on Delivery or C.O.D., not owning your own credit card will still allow you to shop online with them. Through Cash on Delivery or C.O.D., customers can just leave their address and name. Payment will only be required by Lazada only once it is delivered at the shipment address. Lazada first introduced Cash on Delivery or C.O.D. online in the country. Even though Cash on Delivery is already offered before on fast food delivery, it helped Ecommerce grow significantly ever since it was offered online. It has allowed us to experience online shopping and made us realize how it makes it easier for us. Competitors came out from nowhere ever since they showed on local online map. This gives us more options, either by online shopping or by traditional offline shopping. In essence, the more people have options for their benefit, the easier it is for them to decide on what to do. 

Lazada truly defines how an online shopping mall should operate and cater their service to the local online customers. Sure they stumbled before when they were just starting to establish themselves in the country. Most notable service that they encountered a lot of trouble is on their customer service. But through the months that have passed, I personally saw a lot of improvement on their overall service, much more on their customer service. Sometimes it’s better for anyone or any company to actually experience first-hand the problem. It gives them a better look on how to fix the problem on a much superb manner.
