Lazada: Aiming for the best

So how come online shopping has always been questioned by most of us? Most of the time we just tend to be very cautious about our investment. Nobody wants to invest on something without getting a value at least equal to what you spent in return.  Online users tend to give less credibility and recognition for new websites who don't have a brand yet in the market. On the other hand, have a brand name will do no good if they can't provide good service to their customers. There's also a down side in big brand names when it comes to online as they can't afford huge margin of errors in the public online.

One online publishing that exposes them negatively can have their brand at peril. It's slightly different for Ecommerce websites since they have no predecessors to compare to, giving them a clean slate to online users. Lazada was one of the Ecommerce websites that took a lot of risk coming in. Why did they take that risky move? Filipinos are still new to online shopping that's why!

Even if there are millions of local users online, the numbers of online shoppers are still few. These efforts resulted for them to quickly establish their brands against other online malls. Even if shopping online is now an option to the local online community, there are still some of them that haven't tried it out. Let's be open our minds during this time where online shopping shows they have more to offer. With the arrival of new high technology devices, we are slowly being consumed by it.

The possibility of further tech development as part of our lifestyle is even made possible with the support of high quality Internet speed. With online, it gives us more options to do our usual offline activities in an online format. With the ever growing online community in the Philippines, it helps Lazada expands its reach. Their efforts are to provide customers the best possible online service. For them to standout, they offered unique options while still offering the usual options offered by conventional online stores. Their customers can buy from them via conventional payment method like credit cards but they also offered Cash on Delivery or C.O.D.  Besides the online payment method collection they offer, they still allows orders to be waived. Delivery fees may vary depending on the value of the transaction.

Waiving of delivery fee will happen only if orders go beyond one thousand pesos. Just like buying from traditional malls, they will provide manufacturer's warranty to their customers. Customers are given their 7-day free return in case they receive factory defect items. It only proves that Lazada is dedicated in making sure customers are taken care of. That’s why they continue to improve further. Going back to what they were and how they offered their service then, they really grew and improved a lot. I thin experiencing the hiccups and being able to solve it helped them extremely in making sure they provide customers the best online shopping service they deserve.
