Lazada Philippines: Making an impact in customer user experience

We all have been online more often compared on the last decade of Internet’s existence. Often times, there are a lot of online users who visit their website on a regular manner. Website owners should be we aware on how they will make sure that their visitors will return to their website for the second time. Online visitors should always have a great experience when a visiting a website. Hundreds and thousands of new websites are being launched worldwide everyday. A website with great user interface helps them get more returning visitors down the road. At times, sales of Ecommerce websites may get a spike from this. Most of the consumers check a lot of online malls that offer great deals but give users a hard time shopping on their website. Online customers may still prefer a decent deal over a great deal from a hard-to-use online mall. From a consumer stand point; online customers will count this one their credibility.

It's just normal that users may give an online mall a bad impression if they don't show better user experience to their customers. Local online customers who may have been treated badly will label these online malls as scams and frauds. As of now, the Ecommerce industry is rising in the Philippines. If you ask me, they only started to rise last year. The local online community didn't consider it highly a year prior to Ecommerce's rise. Local online users seek second hand items or products on local online classified ad websites. In the Philippines, online shopping is considered a high risk for getting scammed. When website like Lazada arrived in the Philippines, the online shopping perspective was changed at the same time. In order for the local Internet users to try online shopping, they offered Cash on Delivery or simple called C.O.D. Customers are not required to pay right away unlike other online malls which requires their customers to pay first before they process their orders.

Advantage is on the online customers side since they are risking more ahead of the final transaction. All they need to do is to ready their cash payment once their orders are delivered at their addresses. As a matter of fact, this allows us not to be limited in online shopping just because we don't have credit cards. I can also appreciate how they made sure their website can be used easily by their online customers. Regardless if they are first time visitors, I'm sure they will find it easy to understand on how to shop on their website. Their website is pretty easy to understand at first glance since they made it so user friendly. This category menu is actually helpful since it's almost difficult to get lost on their website. Having a well group category menu will make easier for customers to select which category they fit best. This helps local online users to go straight to the category that captures their interest. This makes their shopping way easier and more efficient.
