Lazada Philippines: Making online shopping worthwhile

Online visitors nowadays visit a lot of websites most of the time whenever they are online. As an online website owner, it's their duty to know on how they will make their website worthwhile of its visitors. Website owners should focus their efforts in making sure customers won't have a hard time browsing their website. On a normal rate, there are millions of websites that get published almost every day.  It will benefit websites who provide better user experience to their online visitors. This can help Ecommerce gain extra revenue.

Most of the consumers check a lot of online malls that offer great deals but give users a hard time shopping on their website. At times, having the best deal is not enough. Some visitors will just move on to then next online store if they find an online mall very hard to access. This also reflects how customers perceive their credibility as an online mall. Websites that do present bad user interface and experience to their customers will give them a bad impression on other online customers as well. A lot of us may consider these online malls as scam or fraud, which is the worst. Actually, Ecommerce website businesses are rising in the Philippines nowadays. It just started last year in my own opinion.

A lot of us never even considered online shopping as an option a year before that. Rather than go for brand new, local online consumers usually check local classified ads to check if they can get the same item with second hand condition for a lower price. The rate of getting scammed online in online shopping in the Philippines is quite high. When Lazada was placed on live, it quickly changed how online users perceive online shopping in general. Thanks to their alternative payment method called Cash on Delivery or simple called C.O.D., it allowed local online users to try it out. Since online customers are not required to pay right away, the tendency of getting scammed is highly unlikely since they are not required to pay right now. This is actually the other way around where online malls risks more than the customers. All they need to do is to ready their cash payment once their orders are delivered at their addresses. Credit cards are no longer a mandatory requirement to have when thinking of online shopping in the Philippines.

What I like about Lazada as well is their user friendly approach on their website navigation. I strongly believe that any first time visitors on their website won't have a hard time browsing their website. Navigation will be easy for any local online users that just seeing it for the first time, they will instantly get it. It's highly unlikely that an online customer will get lost on their website since they can access the category menu anytime on all of their pages. They can easily pick which category to go to by just viewing their very organized category menu. This helps local online users to go straight to the category that captures their interest.
