Lazada Philippines: Great influence in converting online visitors to customers

Since being exposed in the online scene, most of us connect online most of the time. What’s surprising is that nowadays, we tend to be connected online more than offline. Actually, most of the online websites have its loyal online visitors that visit them more than a regular occasion. From an online business owner perspective, they should always weigh in if the stays of their visitors are helpful for them. It's only logical that website owners prioritize that their visitors won't have a hard time on their website. Regardless of website niche, a lot of new websites are being launched online every day. It's actually better for websites who provide great user interface to their visitors. This will help Ecommerce website in boosting their sales. There are some malls out there that give excellent deals but fail to provide great user interface to their customers. Any deal may be disregarded by any online customers if the website offering it gives them a bad time. Local online consumers will usually tag this to their credibility. It's just normal that users may give an online mall a bad impression if they don't show better user experience to their customers.

Local online customers may think of these online websites as scams or frauds. The Ecommerce industry is actually a booming online business in the Philippines. In my own opinion, it has only begun to rise only last year. The local online community didn't consider it highly a year prior to Ecommerce's rise. Local online users usually check local online classified ads to get lower priced second hand items or products. However, shopping online was highly considered for scam risk in the country. Honestly, I believe the online shopping perception changed when website like Lazada Philippines arrived in the local Ecommerce. In order for them to convince online users to try their service, they offered Cash on Delivery or simple called C.O.D. Customers are not required to pay right away unlike other online malls, which require their customers to pay first before they process their orders. Online malls have a lot to lose while online customers have all the advantage.

Usually customers pay in cash only after they receive their orders on which they selected Cash on Delivery as their way of payment. What makes this perfect fit to the local Internet consumers is that credit card is not a mandatory anymore for their online shopping. Moreover, I love how they presented their website to their local online visitors making it easy navigate unlike other online malls. I think even if first time online shoppers will find it very easy to navigate and shop. Using it for the first time is quite easy that even first time visitors can instantly understand how to use it. Their category menu is actually present on almost all of their pages that you wouldn't get lost on their website so easily. Local online customers will find it very easy where to look for once they see the well grouped category menu. This helps local online customers to easily address what category should they visit.
