Lazada Philippines: The growing Ecommerce industry

It is inevitable that majority of the local Internet users just have a habit of visiting a certain website too often whenever they are online. Online businesses should always ensure that their visitors' interest will be satisfied every time their website is visited. It's only logical that website owners prioritize that their visitors won't have a hard time on their website. In this era, new websites are being put to live almost every day from various website niches. It will benefit websites who provide better user experience to their online visitors. This can even help Ecommerce websites earn more revenue. A lot of online malls are available who offer great deals to their customers, however, some of them don't have a great website with decent user interface to support it.

Any deal may be disregarded by any online customers if the website offering it gives them a bad time. This also reflects in the credibility of an online mall. Websites that do present bad user interface and experience to their customers will give them a bad impression on other online customers as well. What is worst if that if local online visitors perceive these online malls as frauds or scams. The online business such as Ecommerce in the countries is actually booming. In my own opinion, it had only begun to rise only last year. Prior to that year, online shopping wasn't even highly though off by the local online users. Rather than go for brand new, local online consumers usually check local classified ads to check if they can get the same item with second hand condition for a lower price. It is not secret that online shopping exposes any online customer on getting scammed.

After Lazada arrived last year, it changed the scenery in online shopping in the Philippines. In order for them to convince online users to try their service, they offered Cash on Delivery or simple called C.O.D. By giving this option, online customers can be at ease that they will have their money secured before they receive their orders unlike other online malls where they are required to pay right away. This is actually the other way around where online malls risks more than the customers. It allows online customers to pay in cash offline once their order packages are delivered to their homes. This is actually amazing for us since we no longer are limited by credit card payment online.

Moreover, I love how they presented their website to their local online visitors making it easy navigate unlike other online malls. Even first time visitors on their website won't have trouble understanding how to navigate their online mall. Navigation will be easy for any local online users that just seeing it for the first time, they will instantly get it. The category menu is actually helpful since it's almost difficult to get lost on their website. It can easily showcase different kinds of categories to their local online customers. This helps local online customers to easily address what category should they visit.
