Looking at the online shopping experience

I’m sure most of us will agree that it is only natural that there are websites who gets visited numerous times by a single unique visitors. As an online business owner, it's their duty to know on how they will make their website worthwhile of its visitors. Website owners should make sure that browsing on their website should always be an ease for online users. It's almost every day that new websites are activated online everyday in this modern digital era. It's actually better for websites who provide great user interface to their visitors. For Ecommerce websites who provide great experience to their customers may increase their sales.

Most of the consumers check a lot of online malls that offer great deals but give users a hard time shopping on their website. Sometimes great deals won't be enough since customers will just move on to another website that may offer a second best deal but very convenient to use. From a consumer stand point; online customers will count this one their credibility. It's just normal that users may give an online mall a bad impression if they don't show better user experience to their customers. It's quite possible that these local Internet users find these websites as a scam or fraud. Actually, Ecommerce website businesses is rising in the Philippines nowadays.

As far as I know, this only started last year. The majority of the local online community never even considered it prior to that year. Local online users usually check local online classified ads to get lower priced second hand items or products. Actually, there's a high risk that online scam may occur in online shopping. When Lazada was placed on live, it quickly changed how online users perceive online shopping in general. They offered Cash on Delivery or simple called C.O.D. as alternative payment method, which allowed online users to try online shopping. In general, this allows customers to earn their trust on their first try since this payment method don't require customers to pay up until they receive their orders in real time. Online malls have a lot to loose while online customers have all the advantage. This setup allows online customers to pay in cash only after they receive their order package at their doorsteps.

Credit cards are no longer a mandatory requirement to have when thinking of online shopping in the Philippines. I also like how they presented their website navigation to their local online customers by making it as user friendly as possible. Firs time users won't even have a hard time understanding on how to use their website to shop. Using it for the first time is quite easy that even first time visitors can instantly understand how to use it. Since their category navigation exist on all of their pages, it will be impossible to get lost on their website. They can easily pick which category to go to by just viewing their very organized category menu. Their category selection allows customers to directly go to their category interest
