Lazada Philippines Review: Considering great user experience in online shopping


Local Internet users usually have their own websites that they occasionally visit. It is clear that we all have our favorite or go-to websites whenever we connect online. Although it is usually niches of websites that appeal to our interests, it also involves other website usage aspects as well. Each website should give local online users a reason on why they should stay on their website. Website owners should question if they gave their visitors a great user experience. Globally, there are millions of websites that are activated each day. As you can see, good website interface is what online visitors look for. At times, sales of Ecommerce websites may get a spike from this. A lot of online malls can be seen offering great deals all over the Internet but they don't have great user interface.

Customers may sometimes disregard great deals with lousy user interface over just decent deals with great user interface. Online mall's credibility is usually dependent on this. A website may instantly be tagged with a bad impression if they don't offer acceptable user interface standards of their customers in general. Badly treated online customers may lead for them to spread the word that a website is a scam, which is worse. Ecommerce is actually a rising industry in the Philippines nowadays. To be honest, I believe this started only last year. Surprisingly, the local online users didn't even consider online shopping in the past. The local online users usually go for second hand items rather than go for brand new items, which costs more. The scam risk rate is quite high in the country with online shopping. The local online shopping industry started to change when website like Lazada came in to the picture.

By offering Cash on Delivery or simple called C.O.D., it allows local online users to try online shopping without risking too much. This allowed online customers to have a confidence in dealing with them since they are not required to pay right away online. Local online customers have the upper hand with this payment method. After orders are handed over to their customers, that's the only time customers that selected Cash on Delivery as their payment method to pay in cash. This allows us not to be limited in payment method since credit cards is not the only option to pay online but also via cash.

But what I appreciate about the Lazada websites is their layout design as well. Browsing on their websites is very easy and convenient that any first time visitor won't have a hard time figuring their online website. It's quite is easy to get familiar on the online mall website by first glance.  Since category menus exist on almost all of their pages, customers can easily jump to categories of their choosing. Local online user's interest can easily found on their well grouped category menu. Any online customers can directly go to the category of their choosing depending on their preferred interests.
