Lazada Review: Better approach in online shopping websites

As an online user, we all have our own favorite website that we most certainly visit every time we connect online. So how do local online users pick which of the websites in the past should he or she re-visit? Website owners should be we aware on how they will make sure that their visitors will return to their website for the second time. Website owners should focus their efforts in making sure customers won't have a hard time browsing their website. Globally, there are millions of websites that are activated each day. It will benefit websites who provide better user interface giving online users better experience compared to other boring looking websites. Actually, for most Ecommerce websites, it can help them convert extra revenue by the user experience alone.

There are websites that offer great deals but don't necessarily provide better user interface. It's not about giving the lowest price most of the time in Ecommerce since there are some instance that are online mall websites that don't excel in user interface. From a consumer stand point, online customers will count this one their credibility. Customers may give online malls a bad reputation if they encounter bad user experience with them. These online malls may even be considered as a scam website instantly by online customers who are just angry at them. As a matter of fact, online shopping is a rising online industry in the Philippines. It just started last year in my own opinion. Surprisingly, the local online users didn't even consider online shopping in the past.

Rather than go for brand new, local online consumers usually check local classified ads to check if they can get the same item with second hand condition for a lower price. The rate of getting scammed online in online shopping in the Philippines is quite high. When website like Lazada arrived in the country, everything changed in the local online shopping. To give local online customers an upper hand, they offered an alternative payment method called Cash on Delivery or simple called C.O.D. In general, this allows customers to earn their trust on their first try since this payment method doesn't require customers to pay up until they receive their orders in real time. Advantage is on the online customer side since they are risking more ahead of the final transaction. This payment method only requires customers to pay in cash only after order package is handed over in real time.

As a matter of fact, this allows us not to be limited in online shopping just because we don't have credit cards. What I like about Lazada as well is their user friendly approach on their website navigation. Browsing on their websites is very easy and convenient that any first time visitor won't have a hard time figuring their online website. Navigation will be easy for any local online users that just seeing it for the first time, they will instantly get it. It's highly unlikely that an online customer will get lost on their website since they can access the category menu anytime on all of their pages. The category selections are grouped properly that it will be easier for local online users to browse for the items they want. It makes it very convenient to the local online users since they know where to check the items they want immediately.
