Lazada Review: Internet online user evolving to online shoppers

As we grew fond of using Internet whenever it is available via Wi-Fi or Cellular data, it is almost natural for anyone using any Internet capable device to visit a website regularly visit.  There are some Internet users are usually attached to some websites that they often visit more than others. From an online business owner perspective, they should always weigh in if the stay of their visitors were helpful for them. Local Internet visitors should never encounter any problems visiting a website from a website owner's point of view. As of now, there are millions of website that gets published online every day. It helps that online visitors enjoy the user interface of a website. This even help Ecommerce websites gain more sales.

There may be some malls out there that give excellent deals but fail to provide great user interface to their customers. Online customers may still prefer a decent deal over a great deal from a hard-to-use online mall. This also reflects how customers perceive their credibility as an online mall. Website usually gets a negative impression if a customer’s experience bad service from them. These websites maybe tagged as scams or frauds, which is the worst. The Ecommerce industry is actually a booming online business in the Philippines. If you ask me, they only started to rise last year. A lot of us never even considered online shopping as an option a year before that. Local online users seek second hand items or products on local online classified ad websites.

In the Philippines, online shopping is considered a high risk for getting scammed. Honestly, I believe the online shopping perception changed when website like Lazada Philippines arrived in the local Ecommerce. Local online users were presented with Cash on Delivery or simple called C.O.D. as an alternative payment method of Lazada, which allowed them to try it. Since online customers are not required to pay right away, the tendency of getting scammed is highly unlikely since they are not required to pay right now. This setup gives the local online consumers that upper hand by a mile. Once order packages are handed over to customers who selected Cash on Delivery, that's the only time they are required to pay in cash.

As a matter of fact, this allows us not to be limited in online shopping just because we don't have credit cards. What I love the most about this online mall is that their website provides their local online customers the best possible user experience. I strongly believe that any first time visitors on their website won't have a hard time browsing their website. They can easily understand how they can shop on their website by just having a glance at their website. It's so easy to come back where you left off thanks to their category menu that is present on all of their website pages. Local online customers will find it very easy where to look for once they see the well grouped category menu. It makes it easier for online users to go straight to selection that they find suiting to their needs or demands.
